Select View Result to display the details of the currently selected message.

From here you can select:

• File All
• File Abnormal
• Print
• Add Action
• Actions - See Completing an Action from the Message Actions tab for details.
• Notes
• Appointments.

The Header tab shows details of the transmission, and the Audit trail shows the sequence of events.
